You have done the planning but we will take it from here! This package is designed for couples who want someone to step in and take over 8 – 10 weeks out to make sure nothing’s missed.
The last couple months in the lead up to your wedding day is often the most stressful part of the entire planning journey but it doesn’t have to be. We will step in to tie up any loose ends, confirm suppliers, build your run sheet, and be there on the day to coordinate and style your amazing day.
On the day, we will be there to manage the setup, make sure every detail is exactly how we planned, and coordinate the entire day to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
On-the-Day Coordination

You’ve planned the big day now let us take it from here. This is designed for couples who have done the planning but want to hand over the reins so they can fully enjoy the day.
We step in one week before the wedding, where you’ll hand over your run sheet, styling details and final plans so we’re completely aligned and ready to bring your vision to life.
On the day, we’ll manage the full setup and styling, ensuring every detail is executed exactly as planned. From coordinating suppliers and managing timelines to overseeing the flow of the day, we make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
From making sure Dad is on time for his speech to moving your ceremony flowers into the reception space, we’ll take care of it all so you can relax, be present and soak up every second.
